General Terms & Conditions:

Children and Teenagers up to the age of 18 require the signature of their legal guardians.

In case of absence, a cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Reserved lessons that are missed due to late or omitted cancellation will be charged accordingly.

Both unfinished and completed artworks that are not collected within one year after the end of the respective course shall become the property of the art institution.

Structurist artworks created during the courses may, upon request and for a fee of CHF 10, be officially registered (provided that a submitted piece meets the required technical and qualitative standards). This applies equally to privately created works. The fee includes the (anonymised) publication of the artwork in the Structurist online gallery.

Note: Only artworks bearing the official seal of a recognised registry (issued by the Centre for Structurist Art Studies) are deemed certified Structurist works.

Artists who wish to affiliate themselves with this new art movement, thereby benefiting both ideologically and materially from its growing renown, are advised to have their Structurist artefacts officially certified. This, however, remains entirely voluntary.

Termination is possible at any stage of the educational modules and must be submitted in writing. Course fees already paid in advance will not be refunded but may be transferred to other or new participants. Such transferred subscriptions remain valid for one year.

Participants are responsible for arranging their own mandatory accident and liability insurance. No liability shall be assumed in this regard. This also applies to any deposited personal painting attire or other stored materials.
